He inherited two family traditions: a father from Lecce (Salento) and a mother from Avellino, raised in Rome — spending every summer reconnecting with his Italian roots, surrounded by olive trees and the warmth of Southern Italy. His passion led him to Bologna, the capital of artisan gelato, where he not only learned recipes but absorbed the soul of the craft: respect for ingredients, harmony of textures, and honesty in flavor.
